Hi
I have just been diagnosed with a bladder tumour and would like to talk to anyone in the same situation.
I have just been diagnosed with a bladder tumour and would like to talk to anyone in the same situation.
Call this number 0808 800 4040 to talk with a nurse. Best wishes. You can do this and we are here for you. Welcome to the forums. Bladder Cancer United Kingdom also can assist. Email or call them, look for their website online as well. I’d also see if your hospital team can give advice on clinical trials. Keep us updated.
Make a list of questions to ask.
Also have a hobby. When I was in the hospital I built things out of classic Lego bricks. I also did puzzles and read books too. I even tried embroidery and knitting as well.
That’s a great idea I love lego and have been thinking about learning to knit.
How are you?
Good. I finished treatment almost eight years earlier. I had five or six rounds of chemo followed by the limb saving operation. They removed the affected bone and replaced it with a healthy one. I kept busy with puzzles and books mainly. After surgery I had more chemo. Recently I had a MRI scan that showed that it was still stable. The last scan revealed concerns but that was done at the end of treatment. I’m still waiting to hear the result but I doubt things will be different.
So results are stable which is Brillant.
Yes. I honestly expected an increase.
