Breast biopsy tomorrow and I'm terrified. I need to calm down but struggling. Can anyone help?

I have a breast biopsy tomorrow and I’m terrified of needles. On top of that I know have a Gynae appointment next week as I’ve been bleeding and am In menopause so need another cervical biopsy. 
have 2 biopsies for cancer is terrifying me 

I need to calm down but can’t seem too. Any advice please

    Hi Mac2026.  I had a cyst removed from my breast with a needle an a biopsy on my lymph node a couple of weeks ago and was surprised that it hardly hurt at all.   You will be bruised afterwards so don't be alarmed at that and will recover very quickly (I was able to drive myself home).  Other people have given you great advice - make a list of questions before you go and take someone with you if possible - they will always remember things that you forget in stressful situations.  Wishing you lots of luck.
