I have a breast biopsy tomorrow and I’m terrified of needles. On top of that I know have a Gynae appointment next week as I’ve been bleeding and am In menopause so need another cervical biopsy. 
have 2 biopsies for cancer is terrifying me 

I need to calm down but can’t seem too. Any advice please
