I doing nothing much just sleeping most of the day as I dont always sleep that much but it catch up with me i care for my son most days he got autism and is hard work but he stay at his dad every Thursday I just rest a lot late to day got mri then son back today just looking after him he's 36 but he act like he's 16 but love him to bits sorry if you dont upstand eye sight is not good
That is hard. I wonder if you have respite care or not. Maybe it’s time to find a care provider. Carers UK have an excellent online activity programme that is a good idea. Look at their website under share and learn. Good luck. You can find a list of care agencies on their site.
