I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been through more radiotherapy treatment for another tumour found in your chest. It's understandable that you're feeling mentally and emotionally low and that the fatigue from radiotherapy has hit you hard. It sounds like this has been a really difficult time. 

I'm glad to know that your wife has been so supportive through all of this. Cancer is hard for the person diagnosed, but it's also hard for the loved ones around them. I'm sure that she doesn't feel that loving and supporting you has been a burden, but I can also understand your concern about the weight of all that you've both been through. I hope that you have some additional support from family and friends that you've been able to lean on during this time. 

We know it can feel overwhelming when you are affected by cancer, and it's quite common to struggle with your mental health during this time. We have some information about cancer and mental health on our website that you and your wife might find helpful to read through. I know that many of the community members will understand how difficult it can be, and I also know that lots of them have found it really helpfu lto be able to talk with someone about things. If you think it may help to talk with one of our nurses, then do give them a call. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040. You can also ask your treatment team what support may be available in your local area.
