Hi, I’m a first timer to the chat - breast cancer possibly found in my liver

Hi everyone,

I hope everyone is have a positive day.

In brief, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Aug 2024. Mastectomy, chemo and radiotherapy. Now it appears to have spread to my liver.

They won’t biopsy as the leisons are too small so we just wait to see if they grow. Doesn’t seem like a very proactive plan.

Has anyone else has a similar situation?

thank you in advance x

  • Hi Em-A,

    Welcome to Cancer Chat.

It sounds like you have been through and are going through a lot. I can understand what you say about it not seeming very proactive - do of course discuss with your doctor if you have any concerns about this, or questions about next steps.

I wanted to send a reply to your post to give it a little boost, so a few more people should see it and hopefully you'll get more replies.

From the homepage of the forum you can use the search bar at the top to find other relevant discussions and people to connect with, if you'd like to.

We're always here for support if you need it. Wishing you all the best,
