hi im awake at 4.11 with pain in my shoulder which gets worse when I try to breathe or sleep. Does not feel normal at all and ive been waking up at night worrying that ive got cancer.

I'm really sorry to hear about the pain in your shoulder and how this affecting your breathing and sleeping.
If you haven't done so already, try and book an appointment with your GP when you can as they will be able to examine you and let you know if this is any cause for concern. Hopefully it won't be, but by seeing your GP you will be able to get some much needed answers and peace of mind.
