How did you feel before appointments? At the moment I feel a bit panicky the day before and morning of the appointment. I have my planning appointment this Friday. 

Sorry it's taken me so long to reply! I always feel a bit panicky too, although I generally feel better afterwards as I know what to expect.  I generally try to take it day by day as I find it impossible to manage otherwise.  How did you get on yesterday?
