I'm sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with APML last year. I hope that treatment hasn't been too difficult and that you've been well supported by the health professionals involved in your care as well as family & friends.
As you've said, APML is a rare type of acute myeloid leukaemia and so it can be difficult to connect with others who are living with the same diagnosis. I've looked through the forum and I can't see that we have any other members currently active who have AMPL. Hopefully someone will see your post and reply, but in the meantime, you could also try specific blood cancer charities such as Blood Cancer UK and Leukaemia Care.
