Hi Trictrac, 

Receiving such a text can be really stressful especially as it can feel so impersonal to just get a text directing you to a cancer fact sheet and that can be a bit scary when you haven't yet been given your FIT results but try not to worry too much until you find out more. It might be worth if you are worried getting in touch with your GP to try and find out what it means and whether they have now received those FIT results. 

I hope that you won't have to wait too long now for your pelvic ultrasound appointment and I am keeping everything crossed for you that it all turns out to be nothing of concern. 

Waiting for answers and results is so stressful and I thought I would share with you our helpful tips on how to cope while waiting for important news.
