Bladder cancer - cystoscopy found a small tumour. I'm so worried. What do people do to cope whilst waiting for an appointment?

Hi I was wondering if anyone can help me yesterday I had a cystoscopy and the urologist said they found a small tumour and he was confident he can get it all when a TURB is done and not to worry obviously I’m worried silly and wondered what people do to cope whilst awaiting an appointment

    I'm sorry to hear you are going through this uncertainty - I'm sure it is difficult and I hope it's not long to wait before you find out more about next steps.
