  • Hi waller999 and a warm welcome to our forum,

It does sound like you are struggling with health anxiety and I would suggest you avoid triggers like watching these videos on brain tumours as they will be making you unnecessarily anxious and contributing to your overanalysing anything you feel and making your anxiety worse. You are absolutely right, Googling doesn't help at all so I would say stay away from these videos but also from the temptation to look things up on Google. Google is definitely not your friend there and it has a tendency to always bring up the worst case scenario and make your anxiety ten times worse.

If the health anxiety doesn't improve once you avoid those triggers, I would suggest you get in touch with your GP who will I am sure have some really good suggestions and techniques to help you deal with and ultimately overcome health anxiety. Try and talk to your doctor about all this and I hope that you feel better and reassured soon.

    Best wishes,
