Hi I had to have a womb biopsy for the same thing 3 yrs ago, it just feels like strong period pains and doesnt last. They just take a small biopsy from the lining of the womb. I am now waiting for another one as the lining of my womb is 6.5mm which is nowhere near as yours. But usually nothing to worry about as this could be from hormonal changes. 

Hi there I’m sorry to hear you are going through this I’ve just been diagnosed with grade 3 endometrial cancer on Monday I had a scan beginning of January where my uterine lining was 27mm and had lots of poloyps also one looking suspicious so fast forward to Monday I was told the news but please be reassured a thick lining doesn’t always mean cancer it can mean so many other things I was bleeding on and off for a long time but was told peri menopause does that as I had never gone without a period for a whole year  a whole year I wish you well and hope you get good results 

I'm so sorry to hear your news. I have mine at 10 this morning so . I had the letter a few days ago from the phonecall notes and mine is 33mm in parts and 14mm in the rest, so I'm hoping it is just a polyp. Good that you got your results relatively quickly too, despite them not being the result you wanted to hear, as that was another concern, how long after will I have to worry waiting for results.  I hope you get treatment very quickly and again. I'm so, so sorry to hear this and thankyou, despite this news, still reaching out to reassure someone else in a similar position. Bless you x

Aww thankyou for you kind message good luck today with the hysteroscopy and biopsy I found that ok and felt no pain just a bit uncomfortable really I had my hysteroscopy and biopsy done on the 16th jan mri on the 18th and results on the 26th jan so very quick I also had a ct scan Tuesday also so just waiting on a treatment plan I really hope and pray you get benign results left. I had my biopsy/hysteroscopy. It didbt tickle obviously,  but not as bad as I thought, afterwards was probably a bit more uncomfortable off and on for a few hours. They said there was too much blood n my uterus to really see much but she also said nothing really jumped out at her from what she could see. She said she couldn't say if there were polyps or not due to the blood. I should get result within 2 weeks she said x

Hi so glad you got through it yes I had a bit of bleeding and slight cramping after that sounds very reassuring because they can normally see if something looks a bit sinister praying you get positive results I’ve had quite a down day today trying to remain positive but it’s hard xxx

I can imagine it will be hard to remain positive everyday and Im not going to begin to patronise you by telling you you should try to be. It looks like theyre being very proactive with you to ascertain the full, current picture so that's a positive but doesn't always help you feel positive.  Im sure your mind must be swirling which makes it all the more humbling that you are taking this time to reassure others.
