I'm sorry to hear that you were recently diagnosed with multiple myeloma. It sounds like it's been difficult for you, especially since you started treatment, and it's understandable that it's been overwhelming at points. 

It's good to know that there have been a few adjustments to your treatment, and hopefully, this will mean that the side effects are reduced and much more manageable.
