Hi my name is Clive, I am new to this, and don’t know what to expect. I had no symptoms except a raised figure on a blood test. When I saw my doctor he said I should have another blood test, but I mentioned a small restriction in the top of throat, long story short the surgeon said he had two plans. A, remove the potential regrowth of the tonsil or B if he saw something he didn’t like that he would do a biopsy. When I awoke he said it wasn’t the news that I wanted to hear that he had taken two biopsies and wanted me to get urgent CT scans of lungs. How do I not panic?
