I'm sorry to hear that a close family member has recently been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. It's understandable that this may be a worrying time for everyone and that there may be some unanswered questions at this point. 

We have some information about oesophageal cancer on our website, which may be of interest, as well as information for family, friends, and carers of someone with cancer.

Hopefully, your family member will have more information about their diagnosis and what treatment options may be available to them soon.
