I'm sorry to hear that you've been having some chest pains recently. It's understandable that you might be feeling concerned about this.
Chest pain is listed as an occasional side effect of apalutamide. It would be sensible to get this pain that you've been experiencing checked by your GP, just so that any other causes can be ruled out. It would also be a good idea to mention it to your specialist or cancer nurse, so that they are aware as well.
