Welcome to the forum Carod although I'm very sorry to hear your husband has been diagnosed with lung and brain cancer.
I can't begin to imagine what you must be going through at the moment but I hope you can take some strength, and comfort, from knowing that the Cancer Chat community are here for you, and hopefully some of our members who have been in a similar position with their loved ones will offer their support and advice to you soon.
We have a team of very insightful and understanding cancer nurses you can talk to about your husband's diagnosis as well. They're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m (although their helpline will be closed from the 24th - 26th December and New Year's Day) and they will do all they can to support you and answer any other questions you may have at this time.
This is going to be a very difficult journey for you both, but we will be by your side every step of the way.
