I am so sorry to hear the cancer is back in your left kidney and it must be difficult to know what to do - whether to have a partial or full removal. It is a dilemma that other members of our community have faced before. I remember reading recently this kidney cancer post by David-k who described weighing the different pros and cons of the operation and it's definitely not an easy choice to have to make. Deedeexx also posted just a few days ago this thread on their new kidney cancer diagnosis and they were about to have the surgery.
