Hello Andrew, so sorry that you are having to go through this  nightmare of cancer for a third time.  I am not really sure that I can offer you any advice, I wish I could.  The only thing I can do is to say that I truly hope that your  treatment goes well and that you are able to fight this monstrous disease off.  You are in my thoughts and prayers.  Take care mate, xx
