Hi just joined 7 weeks ago I had part of my right lung removed . This is not my first time with cancer 33 yrs ago I had cervical cancer 17yrs ago breast cancer now it's my lung things starting to get on top of me wondering what's next
I'm sorry to hear that you've recently had surgery for lung cancer after previously undergoing treatment for cervical and then breast cancer. I think it's perfectly understandable that you've been wondering what's next and that at times this may all be a little overwhelming.
I hope that you've been recovering well from your surgery and that you're being supported by family, friends and the health professionals involved in your care. Often it can help to talk with someone about how you're feeling. It may be that there is a charity such as Maggie's in your local area that you can visit or you may like to give our team of nurses a call to talk things through.
