I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling so worried after your recent mammogram. As you've said, it's not uncommon for women to be recalled after their first mammogram. However it's understandable that you're feeling anxious about this.
Do you already have your appointment date? Hopefully the team will be able to give you some reassurance when you see them.
