VIN3 and AIN3 pre cancer diagnosed earlier this year. Waiting for 2nd op after it returned. How do others cope with this and waiting for treatment?

Hi everyone I was diagnosed with AIN3 and VIN3 in april. I had a operation in June, but unfortunately its come back. Im currently waiting to get my second operation,  waiting for date of that. 

My anxiety and worry are through the roof at the moment,  I wanted to ask , on how to others cope with this ,and the waiting to get treatment.  Im so scared right know. It's going to turn into cancer and I wont win this fight.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’ve been diagnosed with AIN3 and VIN3 in April and it came back after your surgery in June.

    Like many here can attest, waiting for treatment can be one of the hardest parts, especially when it feels like everything is out of your control. Some people in a similar situation find it helps to focus on the things they can control each day, like keeping a routine, having a chat with someone they trust, or finding small ways to relax. It can really help to remember you are not alone.
