It's great to hear you've been in remission from prostate cancer for the last 4 years - long may that continue.
Hopefully some of our members who have had the same diagnosis and are based in South Wales will reach out to you soon but if you haven't done so already, you could try asking your GP about any prostate cancer support groups that may be in your area.
The cancer charity Maggie's may be able to connect you with people with the same diagnosis in your part of the country as well.
I hope this is a good starting point and that you're able to connect with others who have been on this journey soon.
