I'm sorry to hear that you were diagnosed with oropharyngeal cancer a year ago. I know from the many posts I've read on the forum how gruelling treatment can be, and it's understandable that your recovery journey has been challenging.
We have quite a few members who have been through treatment for different head and neck cancers on the forum. Some of them have posted and shared their stories, tips and advice on this thread about throat cancer.
