just wanted to introduce myself 

I’ve recently undergone bowel cancer screening, my colonoscopy has revealed area of concern.  I’m now fast reacted to have a ct scan tomorrow and my biopsy results and scan results will be discussed at a MDT meeting on Wednesday.

Everything is moving at 100 miles an hour and I’m trying my best not to be consumed with worry  unfortunately I’m not doing too well.  I literally can’t switch off , sleep is bad and I’m an anxious mess ! Probably normal reaction that everyone in my position has gone through but any tips to help me rationally go with this and calm down would be appreciated x
