I'm sorry to hear that you've had surgery for lung cancer. I hope that you've recovered well and that the process so far hasn't been too harsh. 

It's understandable that you have questions about what the next steps might be and what treatment options might be available for you. The best people to talk to about this will be your specialist, as they will have a full picture of your diagnosis and know what treatments may work well for you.
