I have been diagnosed with stage 2 lung cancer. I start chemo and immunotherapy in 2 weeks, I didn't accept it first, couldn't get it in my head.
I've been told that I will have to have 2 thirds of my right lung taken away, this will happen a month after I have finished my chemo. I only got diagnosed, because I had a voluntary scan, or I wouldn't have know, so because of the scan I'm only at stage 2, I'm so glad I had the scan now, in another 6 months it could have been too late.
I wish everyone on here going through a cancer diagnosis the very best of luck.
