Worried and scared - 5 lumps found on my fiance's kidney, 2 of which needed further investigation. Getting the results today

Good morning, I am posting regarding my fiancé , he has had a CAT. Scan which revealed 5 lumps on his right kidney, they are not concerned about 3 but 2 need further investigation so he has had an MRI scan he can barely walk without pain but we thought that was due to arthritis, we have to go back to hospital today to get results , I am scared and just needed someone to talk too
