I’m sorry to hear about what you’re going through. It must’ve come as quite a shock to have LARS symptoms appear so long after your original treatment.

You’re certainly not alone in feeling caught off guard by late-onset symptoms. Others here have shared similar experiences just when they felt that chapter had closed. I hope some of them will spot your post and join in soon, as hearing from others who truly understand can often bring a bit of comfort.

Many thanks Renata for response. I’ve recently had MRI and ct scans together with colonoscopy all of which were clear which is good news but doesn’t help me understand why!  I also suffer from widespread chronic pain.
