Think I have found a lump

Good morning 

I think I may have found a lump in my left breast I also have a nagging pain there. The left feels different to the right and the right has no pain. Why does this happen on a Saturday/Sunday when doctors are closed. 
I am scared my mum had breast cancer and she had her breast removed but also not long after she started with dementia I am so scared of this happening to me as well.

    Hi Denise please go and book an appointment first thing monday morning..I dont want to scare you because it may be something and nothing but these were my symptoms and I got diagnosed with her positive breast cancer in may..I left mine for about 10 days before making an appointment and it just made me worry even more..good luck and please let me know how you get on x
