My friend, who lives in Spain, was found to have inoperable and untreatable bowel cancer last month and I thought I would join this forum for advice and support.
I'm so sorry to hear that your friend has recently been diagnosed with bowel cancer and that the specialists have said there are no treatment options available to them. This must have been very difficult news to hear.
