Hi ,I had Diarrhea for quite a long time and I was going on holiday abroad I found these on Amazon they look like black pants on top of a plastic lining the kind babies used to wear years ago with elasticated legs so no leaks ,they certainly worked for me so look for "NRS Healthcare P and S Ladies protective absorbent waterproof pants and briefs" ,I wore them on top of a thick pad ,I hope this helps ..
