Diagnosed with high grade B cell lymphoma in cheek

Hi I have been recently diagnosed with High grade B cell lymphoma in my cheek near lower jaw mantle. To be honest I’ve suffered symptoms for probably up to 2 years in my mouth. Still need a full body scan to see where else and suppose grade me which I’m sure will be 3 to 4. Dreading that one. Since March I have had a lump along my lower jaw slowly growing along jaw bone , biopsy was taken from that lump to arrive at this diagnosis so far.
