I had tcc in kidney, radiotherapy  and apparent cure.  Sudden metastatic lesions in liver  plus fluid in and around lungs. Waiting for liver biopsy.  But I have no treatment at moment although had chest drain 2 weeks ago which hasn't helped. My breathing is really bad,  gp says call ambulance if worried,  she says fluid needs draining if not death could be a couple of weeks.   I'm scared that if I go into hospital  I will die there quickly,  my family away til end of month.  Help please.
