Hi Tommy and a warm welcome to our forum,
I am so sorry to hear you have been told you have secondary liver cancer and I hope that this forum will give you support and comfort during this difficult time and that you will hear from others who have secondary liver cancer. It must be so hard for you having to deal with the cancer but also being bipolar and it is normal that you are finding it hard to cope at the moment. There is an interesting section on our website on mental health and cancer which you might be interested in having a look at and you will find guidance in there too on where to get support for mental health. I hope that you are having good mental health support and that your specialists both for cancer and for your mental health issues are aware of the fact that you are struggling at the moment and having to deal both with being bipolar and secondary liver cancer.
I just wanted you to know that you are not alone and I hope that you will hear from others here who have been in a similar place before and who have faced similar struggles and that they will come and share their experiences with you.
If you ever felt the need to talk to our cancer nurses about your current situation and how you are feeling, feel free to give them a call on this free number 0808 800 4040 - their helpline is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
