Hi everyone, so I’ve just joined and would love any advice from you all. So back in 2022 when I was 38  I was diagnosed with stage 3 her 2 positive breast cancer, had chemotherapy then a double mastectomy, it had then returned a few months after the mastectomy so I had more surgery and 20 rounds of radiotherapy. So last week completely out of the blue I feel a big lump around 3-4cm in my left lymph node, it’s like a big stone, and now obviously I’m panicking incase it has came back, can anyone give me their opinions good or bad, thank you
