Hi Matty42 and a warm welcome to our forum, 

I am so sorry you have been through all this since end of May being diagnosed with a brain tumour and then having to go through brain tumour surgery and finding out that it was a secondary tumour and that you have stage 4 lung and liver metastatic cancer. What a shock it must have been for you and I hope that the Tagrisso tablet will help.
