I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with muscle invasive bladder cancer and that you've been advised that surgery isn't an option. It's understandable that this may be an anxious time for you.
It's good to hear that you've been referred to oncology for discussion about other possible treatment options. It's certainly worth talking with your specialist cancer nurse if you have one or your GP about the pain that you're experiencing, as they will be best placed to arrange any tests or medications that might be appropraite to help improve things for you.
If you feel over the weekend that the pain is worse or that you would like to talk with a health professianl for advice then don't be afriad to call NHS 111.
