Awww your grandson sounds really cute - two is such a nice age (though they call it the 'terrible twos'!)  I bet he makes you laugh a lot and that you have to run after him all the time. 

Poor you I am so sorry to hear your cancer has spread to your bones and that the cancer returned when you had the all clear 10 years ago.  I think when it comes to the vitamins you could take to help with your tiredness, it would be worth asking your medical team/oncologist as they will be able to give you targeted advice as they know all the details of your diagnosis and medical background. Some vitamins or supplements may also interfere with treatment you might be having which is why it is important to talk to them as they will know best what would work for you. I hope that you manage to speak to a medical expert about this soon and that you find something that works for you and helps you feel less tired soon.
