CLL - lymphocytes blood count has risen. Does this mean I'll go from watch and wait to having treatment?

Hi All ..I have been diagnosed with CLL in 2022 ..I am female and aged 69.. I am on the watch and wait list with blood tests every 6mths…my lymphocytes blood count has risen from 5.8 to 11.7 ..what does that actually mean ..also how high or low does it have to become in order to start treatment…thank you
