I am sorry to hear that your eye is still the same after having 5 bleomycin sclerotherapies and I hope that you will find some treatment that works well. Perhaps seeing a new doctor at a new hospital will enable you try something different with hopefully better results. I am afraid I am not familiar myself with bleomycin electrosclerotherapy but there is information on our website on bleomycin and perhaps our nurses will be able to give you further guidance on this if you have any questions. You can call their free helpline on 0808 800 4040 - it is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. 

I have found another member of our forum with AVM - HealthIsWealth who posted a while ago but it would be great if you could connect and exchange experiences. They wrote this thread on being treated with bleomycin via sclerotherapy so don't hesitate to respond to them and hopefully they will see your message and share their story with you.
