I'm sorry to hear about your wife's diagnosis. It's understandable that this may be a difficult time for you both and I hope that you are being well supported by the hospital team as well as your family and friends. 

We have some information on our website about ovarian cancer that you may find helpful. We also have a team of nurses here at Cancer Research UK that you can call to talk with if you think it may be useful. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. They're available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040. 

There is an organisation called Maggie's in your local area that is worth checking out. They often have support groups available for family and friends of someone diagnosed with cancer, as well as being a great place to pop in for a cuppa and a chat with others who understand.
