Prediabetes - sugar levels starting to rise again. Could this be due to the decapeptyl (triptorelin) that I have for my advanced prostate cancer?

Good day all

About 2 years ago I was diagnosed as pre diabetic I attended the course and bloodsugar dropped now it's slowly climbing as far as I can tell I'm still following the diet but have read decapeptyl can cause raised blood sugar , I am on this as I have advanced prostate cancer it showed up in my lung. Was just wondering if this can cause the raise or is it t just internet waffle and diets gone wrong
