Been diagnosed with grade 2 invase ductal carcinoma , same breast as last time 20 years ago.

Ultra sound lymph glands were clear but will be checked again during my operation. 

I'm having to have a masectomy as I cannot have radiotherapy,  that is fine by me. The operation is in a weeks time and I have to have an isotropin injection day before operation, can anyone please enlighten me on what to expect ?

I'm awaiting the HER2 results but so far it's hormone negative so if HER2 is negative it's a triple negative same as last time ..
