I went through this a few weeks back - similar symptoms although I could feel my lump myself - I know how scary it is.  The investigations I had were totally painless - and everyone was extremely lovely and very professional. They reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and I was discharged within a few hours.  Hope you have the same experience.
