Welcome to Cancer Chat. I hope you are getting on OK, it sounds like you may be dealing with a lot at the moment.
It's a little difficult to advise on your question. In a way you may perhaps know best whether the behaviour is unusual, compared to what is normal for her.
Perhaps she is struggling to understand or express her emotions, either to do with the diagnosis and/or for other reasons. I'm not sure if she is currently receiving support with the issues you mention, but hopefully there is additional help available, to support both her and in turn you.
