(New to chat) Hi everyone, my mum has been diagnosed with stage 4 advanced lung cancer I am a little overwhelmed with it all . Would be nice to hear from carers who are going through similar experiences
I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis of stage 4 lung cancer. It's perfectly understandable that you're feeling overwhelmed by things at the moment.
Hopefully you will be able to connect with others on the forum who are caring for a loved one but in the meantime we have some information for family and carers that you may find helpful. You might also find it useful to chat things through with one of our nurses. I know they will be happy to listen and offer any advice, information and support they can. I hope that your Mum is being well supported by the doctors and nurses involved in her care. Don't be afraid to ask them any questions that you may have as well.
