I had high dose brachytherapy for my PC in 2008. I'm 81 yoa now. PSA has been climbing for a couple of years now but in summer last year it jumped up tp 29. It has continued to rise and my last reading was 77. I had a bone scan a few months ago which was clear but am booked to have another scan soon.. Medic told me yesterday that best to wait for hormone therapy until cancer appears on bone scan. She didnt mention any option other than hormone therapy.. Any advice or comments gratefully received.
