Recalled for follow-up appointment after mole excisions

Hello

I have several dysplastic nevi (moles that look like melanoma but usually aren't). Following a routine checkup in February, I had 2 large moles removed with a total of 14 stitches required & they were sent for biopsy. I was told results would take 6-8 weeks.to arrive. Yesterday, (less than 3 weeks later), I had a telephone call for a follow-up appointment next week, 4 weeks to the day since the excisions.  Whenever I've had moles removed before, I've always been notified by letter that they were benign. I'm really worried now, that this time they must have found something. Does anyone have any advice to offer please? Thank you very much.
